Gwyneth Hopkins
Gwyn suffered from M.E. for 5 years, at first bedridden then gradually progressing until she made a full recovery.
Before her M.E. she led a very busy life, working as a self-employed gardener. Her hobbies included riding horses and hill walking.
She would now like to pass on the information she has learned during her 5 years of serious illness, and subsequent experiences.
She now works as a Complementary Therapist and teaches Reiki.
She also has a support line for M.E. sufferers and carers.
